Digital Call Logging Systems
ComTek’s Digital Voice Logging Systems are the most scalable and open systems provided within the industry.  With MORE than 50,000 hours of hard disk voice storage available, ComTek’s Digital Voice Logging systems are unparalleled in the industry.  Scaleable from one to thousands of recording stations, ComTek’s logging systems provide open voice storage, using the industry standard WAV format.
Skills Based Routing (SBR™)
Skills Based Routing or SBR provides routing of calls based on the skills required by the call. A computer first answers the call and asks the caller to supply information about the caller’s needs. This information is matched to each agent’s abilities and availability and the call is routed. Rules allow skills to be required, prioritized and weighted. Time based rules alter the calls requested skills to allow less able agents to handle a call without imposing an excessive hold time on the caller.
Computer Telephony Integration System (CTIS™)
This is the "Wiring Harness" for the call center. This provides the sophisticated connectivity between
the computer system and the telephone system to integrate these two communications mediums. This
provides the ability for, Screen Pops, Skills Based Routing, Event Tracking, and Workstation Telephony.

Screen Phone
Telephone on the workstation provides interaction with your telephone and your desktop computer to
display incoming calls and match the with your internal or external database. You may also set up
outbound call lists to be dialed from your computer system.
